Your Role:

As a Usability Testing Audio Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards in both functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Audio Functional Testing

  • Interpret product specifications and requirements to create structured, detailed test cases.

  • Conduct manual and functional testing to ensure systems meet defined acceptance criteria.

  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.

  • Collaborate with development, design, and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Support regression testing for product updates and releases.

Audio Usability Testing

  • Design and execute usability tests with end users or representative personas.

  • Assess product interfaces for clarity, consistency, and ease of use.

  • Provide actionable feedback to enhance the user experience.

  • Work with UX designers to refine features based on real-world user behavior and insights.

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative usability data to support product development.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in Audio Engineering OR 2+ years of professional experience in the audio industry.

  • Strong interest in audio hardware or electronics.

  • Solid understanding of basic audio signal flow.

  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transport (preferred).

Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year
